Return Policy

If you'd like to proceed with a return, like-new products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of deliveryJust pay return shipping!

We will arrange the return shipment once we confirmed your return request, the arranged courier will contact you shortly to pick up the return item. Shipment cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note that all large corporate office orders over $2k, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you’ve received damaged products, please notify within three days of receipt, in which case we will cover the return shipping fee for damaged items only. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund, or replaced under the Warranty Policy.

Products that suffer from defects during their useable lifetime, as outlined in the Warranty Policy, qualify for replacement at no cost to the customer, inclusive of shipping costs. Please review the Warranty Policy below for further details.

All refunds are transferred to the customer in the original form of payment, typically within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the returned furniture.  

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for return shipment cost. If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, with no exceptions.

If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds that to be the easier solution so you don’t have to fuss with shipping a large bulky item back.

Warranty Policy believes in making great office furniture products which stand the test of time. The Warranty provides three years of warranty protection on new products purchased from, except in certain instances, as indicated in our full policy. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

The Warranty

Our furniture is designed and manufactured to the highest standards, but things happen. We’ll happily replace part(s) which malfunctions or develops defects. 

What’s Not Covered by The Warranty

  • Damage caused by any non-standard office activities;
  • Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;  
  • Surface color changes or discolorations caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure or aging;
  • Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;  
  • Textile pilling;  
  • Natural wood grain variations;
  • Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;
  • Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;  
  • Damage caused by improper installation;
  • Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).


  • Use this product only for seating one person at a time.
  • Do not use this chair as a step stool/ladder, or on uneven floor surfaces.
  • Do not sit on any part of the chair except the seat.
  • Do not use chair unless all bolts, screws, and knobs are tightened.
  • Every six months, please make sure all bolts, screws, and knobs are fully tightened to ensure stability.
  • If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop use of the product until repairs are made using factory-authorized parts.
  • Failure to follow these warnings could result in serious injury.

Cancellation of order generally sends out your orders within 24 hours on working days. To cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible to cancel your order and get a refund immediately. But if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment when you send back the order.

If the return reason is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
